UK RETURNS
Generate a label for UK returns via our portal and take it to a Royal Mail post office.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international returns generate a label via this portal and drop off at specified points.
RETURN POLICY
We will offer return for refund for UK, Europe and US orders. All returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you include your returns form and packing slip in your parcel otherwise, we will not be able to identify your return. Attach your return label to the parcel where it is clear and unobstructed. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags need to be attached.
RETURNS TIMELINE
Your item/s will be considered returned once we receive it at House of Salomé. They will be assessed and processed for a refund. We process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your items, we will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Refunds will be returned to the account or payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
FAULTY ITEMS
We will open an investigation into any faulty products before they are returned. If your items are deemed not faulty we will not accept a return. If you return your products and they have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee and the goods will be returned back to you. House of Salomé reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
All sale items are considered final purchases and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Please note: Swimwear bottoms, undergarments, jewellery and caps are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- We’re not responsible for lost parcels sent outside of our portal.
- Should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns for the use of content creation or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders. Consistent returns on a customer’s history with the company may also result in refusal of future orders.
